Anuj Sachdev was born on 5 October 1984 in New Delhi, India. His dad’s name is Prem Sachdeb, and his mom’s name is Shama Sachdev.

He did his tutoring at NC Jindal Public School, New Delhi, and moved on from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce and strategy acting course at Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute.
Anuj began his vocation with the TV unscripted TV drama MTV Roadies 3 as a Contestant on MTV India from 2005 to 2006.
